Cross Lines Community Kitchen is open for meals Monday - Friday from 7:00 am -8:00 am (sack lunches), 8:00 am - 9:00 am (breakfast), and 11:00 am - 1:00 pm (lunch). The Community Market is open Monday - Thursday from 9:00 am - 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm. Must show proof of living in Wyandotte County.

Down Syndrome Innovations is your trusted source for life-changing services for people with Down syndrome, their families, and communities. Our expert resources, comprehensive support, and partnership with families empower and enable  individuals with Down syndrome to live to their fullest potential.

We are Kansas’ federally designated Parent Training & Information Center (PTI) and Family-to-Family Health Information Center (F2F). We provide support to families and their children with disabilities, and special health care needs. Our Parent-to-Parent program matches parents who have experience raising a child with a disability with parents who need someone to listen, encourage, and support them.

The Franklin Center is a 501(c)(3) community development organization that empowers common neighbors to change common urban problems into an uncommon good. Della Gill/Joyce H. Williams Center helps domestic violence survivors by providing safe shelter, hot meals, essential personal care items, and emotional support for women and their dependent children.

Hands to Hearts KC is a 501(c)(3) with a mission to make a difference and highlight the lives of children here in Kansas City by delivering food, clothing, books and the support they need today to build a better tomorrow. Working through local school districts and community partners, they work to better the lives of children in need within our community. 
 

Nearly 1 in 2 families with young children do not have enough diapers to keep their child clean, dry and healthy. (The National Diaper Bank Network Diaper Check 2023) HappyBottoms wants to change that. Since 2009 they have been covering the amount of diapers a family is short each month, known as the diaper gap, in the Kansas City Metro Area.
