Naked City: A Graphic Novel recounts the interconnected lives of three artists in New York City, a singer, a painter, and a dancer, with pictures helping to tell the story. We follow the characters through ups and downs, happiness and sadness. Along the way, we see both the good and bad of humanity.
Beautifully drawn and beautifully told, I found it easy to follow the story. I liked the characters and was invested in wanting to know what happens next. Very absorbing and hard to put down.

Naked City: A Graphic Novel
A young singer poses for a painter who has shifted from landscapes to nudes, and both of them learn a thing or two about the purpose of art and the meaning of success. The original graphic novel Naked City takes us inside the head of native New York artist, Eric Drooker (frequent cover artist for The New Yorker).
