Are you ready to awaken your mind and body?  Join us for Yoga for Healthy Aging~ Chair Yoga.  Part of the challenge of aging is trying to find a safe way to keep the body and mind active.

High school students are invited to register for a full length practice ACT test. Students will experience the testing environment as well as the types of questions they'll find on a real ACT test. Registration required.
