Program Description
Event Details
This class is designed to help participants deepen their awareness of the feelings, attitudes, and communication patterns they bring into relationships. Through guided reflection and practical skill-building, participants will explore how their internal experiences shape the way they speak and listen.
The program introduces compassionate approaches to communication that foster genuine connection, reduce conflict, and strengthen relationships. Participants will learn practical tools for speaking with clarity and empathy, listening with intention, and responding in ways that build trust and mutual understanding.
By the end of the class, participants will leave with greater self-awareness and concrete skills they can immediately apply to create more connected, respectful, and meaningful relationships in both personal and professional settings.
