Facts and Fiction: Debunking OTC Medication Myths
Browsing the wide range of over-the-counter (OTC) medications can feel overwhelming. Despite being easily accessible, OTC products are not always simple to choose or use. Many people believe these medications are completely safe, but that’s not always true. Misconceptions can lead to improper use, side effects, or ineffective treatment. Understanding the facts behind common myths is key to making safe and informed choices.
