Discover the beauty of nature through your lens at Mr. and Mrs. F. L. Schlagle Library! In this hands-on class, students will learn how to take stunning photos of plants, animals, and insects while exploring the outdoors. Using the iNaturalist app, they'll identify and document their discoveries, becoming citizen scientists in the process. At the end of the class, each participant will get one of their favorite nature photographs professionally printed to take home. Perfect for curious minds who love photography, wildlife, and technology!
REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED
Please note that parents must also sign up for the event, as they count as a space. If you are bringing children who require accompaniment (under 9), it is absolutely essential that you sign them up as well to ensure proper accommodations. This helps us maintain a smooth and organized experience for all attendees.
Due to space and safety considerations, we kindly ask that parents and younger children do not attend this sign-up event. Parents are required to stay in the library with their children during the event. Younger children will not be allowed to attend the event, and parents must remain with them for safety reasons. This ensures we can accommodate everyone safely and efficiently.
