It’s never too early to stretch, breathe, and play! Yoga for Littles introduces preschoolers Yoga beginners to the magic of yoga through storytelling, songs, and movement. Each class helps children build balance, confidence, and calm while having tons of fun! Perfect for ages 3 and up. The class is geared toward children, and we encourage teens and families to join us and participate together.
