In this process art workshop, we will use tempera paint, brushes, and paper to tap and express from the deep wellspring within, allowing your inner child to come out and play with color, lines, and form without critique or criticism. Jenny Hahn is a renowned visual artist, process art workshop facilitator, and author of the award-winning book Creative Flow: Tap and Express Your Juicy Essence. Her latest book, Wisdom of Wholeness: Shadow Work Journal, offers gentle guidance for reclaiming and integrating all aspects of the self. As a certified mindfulness teacher and co-founder of Creative Nectar Studio, she leads workshops in person and through her online community.
