Creative Release and Renewal For 2025

Something happens when we decide to create just for the sake of creating (process art). Because there is no pressure to make something pretty, the brain gets busy playing, dropping us into our heart space, making way for a deeper experience with ourselves and others.

Join Creative Transformation Guide, Stephanie Gray in this 1.5 hour class designed specifically for releasing and calling in what you desire for 2025.

We'll scribble, play with art supplies, and use some writing prompts to get us curious about what no longer serves us and what we would like to see in our lives moving forward into the new year.

No art experience is required and all materials will be provided.
