Event Details

The ability to self-calm is a powerful tool for managing life’s stressors. Learn how to weave quiet times into your everyday life. Meditation has been shown to have numerous benefits, including reducing stress, improving attention, energy and empathy for others. Different meditative techniques introduced each week. For new or advanced meditators.  30 minutes
