KIDS IN THE KITCHEN
Join us at the Turner Community Library for Kids in the Kitchen, a curriculum that encourages youths to eat healthier meals and snacks as a result of hands-on cooking experiences. Youths will learn how to prepare simple, healthy foods that they can make for themselves and other family members at home. They will also learn good food safety practices with each lesson.

KIDS A COOKIN'
Families are invited to join us at the Main Library for Kids a Cookin', a program created by the Family Nutrition Program at K-State Research & Extension. At each class, kids 12 and under will learn to prepare and sample a different recipe that can easily be made in your own home. Recipes are simple to prepare and affordable, and an excellent way to share the joys of cooking with your kids. Visit their website for more great recipes.
