20 Years of Art by Russell T. Easterwood Russell Easterwood began painting professionally in 1980 after graduating from Kansas City Kansas Community College. His Christmas card designs have been featured in Greetings and Gifts & Decorative Accessories Magazine--trade magazines for the greeting card industry.
Russell has exhibited his paintings at all of the Kansas City, Kansas Public Library branches since 1987. His art was exhibited at the Bank of America "Remodeling and Decorating Show" held at the American Royal Center in February 2000. Also in February 2000, Mr. Easterwood's paintings were exhibited in an art show sponsored by Special Artists of Missouri.
Russell is currently represented by Daniel Prince of Nashville, Tennessee. An ardent supporter, Russell's mother, Hazel L. Easterwood, fell ill to a stroke in October of 1999. She is getting better, and Russell asks that you say a prayer for her, him and his family.
