Paintings by Toni Berry Toni Berry is a self taught artist from Olathe, Kansas. She has always painted in one form or another. Her first painting was a mural on her bedroom wall of her parent's home at the age of 19. She went on to paint landscapes and ceramic figurines. Around 1996 she began dabbling in graphic art, creating digital images on her Macnitosh computer. Her husband John decided to start oil paintings and encouraged Toni to get back into painting. She attemped portrait and figure painting because it was a new challenge. Toni found that painting portraits and figure studies to be her niche in the art world and has done nothing else since.
