      The sculpture park, located on the grounds of the Nelson Atkins Museum of Art, is home to many fine works.

    National Sculpture Society

      "The National Sculpture Society is the oldest organization of professional sculptors in the United States. The purpose of the NSS is to promote excellence in figurative and realist sculpture throughout the United States, to which end its programs are directed. NSS is a not-for-profit organization whose membership numbers approximately 4,000. Members include some of the world's finest sculptors, architects, art historians, conservators, and other allied professionals."

    Public Monuments and Sculpture Association (UK)

      "The PMSA was established in 1991, and exists to bring together individuals and organisations with a mutual interest in public monuments and sculptures, their history, production and preservation. The Association hopes to heighten public awareness of Britain's monumental heritage - past, present and future - through publications, activities, and campaigns for listing, preservation, protection and restoration. The period of interest, beginning from around the Stuart period, extends to new commissions of the present day and also includes the three 13th-century Eleanor Crosses that survive in Geddington, Hardington and Waltham Cross."
